HRUC is comprised of three Colleges; Uxbridge, Harrow and Richmond upon Thames College that aims for far-reaching, progressive change and impact through learning.

We work with learners as individuals, helping them make the right choices and to identify the career pathway that’s right for them. Our mission is to provide work-ready talent for business, and to transform lives.

The HRUC Corporation Board is comprised of highly skilled and experienced governors from a wide range of professional and personal backgrounds.

Our Governors show exceptional commitment to HRUC’s vision to transform lives through learning and devote significant time and experience to providing strategic oversight and governance to the Group’s senior leadership team.

At present, we are seeking Governors with skills and/or strategic leadership experience in the following areas:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Change Management
  • Risk Management

What qualities do we look for in our Governors at HRUC?

At HRUC, we are seeking high calibre individuals who can demonstrate a personal commitment to our vision and values, as well as experience of senior and strategic leadership in relevant fields and sectors.

As a member of the Corporation Board, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a group of highly talented and experienced individuals, to provide strategic leadership to a well-respected organisation which makes a tangible difference to the lives of many people.
