Tribal Engage Privacy Policy
HRUC Student App is a mobile application provided by Tribal Group Limited (the “data processor”) on behalf of [HRUC] (the “Data Controller”). The app allows students and staff to access information and services including:
- Live timetable feed
- Live attendance and punctuality information
- Access to academic information and services
- Communicate and connecting with peers, on campus events and activities.
We process personal data through the app in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The categories of personal data processed through the app may include account information, contact details, device information, usage information, and information necessary to provide the services available through the app.
Information is shared only with authorised personnel and approved service providers where necessary to operate the service. Data is retained in accordance with our retention schedule. You have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to request access, rectification and, in certain circumstances, erasure.
